An value-driven approach to leadership
The idea of value-driven leadership is firmly rooted at BioArctic. We have three leaderships principles.
Self-leadership is used by all co-workers, both employees and consultants. It is marked by independently taking responsibility for clear communication and high-quality deliveries.
Individual-based leadership is exercised by our managers and includes responsibility for allocating work and assigning the right resource and competence to projects.
The project leadership implies securing clear strategies for the project, and to deliver in time, with the correct quality and within budget.
Diversity and inclusion
BioArctic aims to be a workplace where all employees are treated equally and respectfully, regardless of ethnicity, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, religion or belief, sexual orientation or age. Discrimination or harassment is not accepted.
A safe and healthy work environment
BioArctic offers a work environment that is safe and secure for both employees and visitors. We work long-term with the psychosocial work environment, leadership and work content to promote job satisfaction in the workplace and employee’s engagement in the operations. The goal is to strengthen innovative capability and the company’s capacity to develop medicines that improve the lives of patients and their families through joint efforts.
